On April 16, the Council of American Ambassadors hosted its first Virtual Roundtable with Council Members and guest speaker Dr. Arturo Valenzuela, former Assistant Secretary of State for Western Affairs. Dr. Valenzuela discussed the political unrest that erupted in Latin America in 2019, changes in leadership, and implications of the COVID-19 outbreak in the region.
