Ambassador Capricia Marshall served as the Chief of Protocol from 2009-2013. She is President of Global Engagement Strategies and serves as Ambassador-in-Residence at the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center at the Atlantic Council in Washington. Her book, Protocol: The Power of Diplomacy and How to Make It Work for You, is now available for purchase. Ambassador Jim Rosapepe served as the U.S. Ambassador to Romania from 1998 to 2001 and is a member of the CAA Board of Directors. He currently is Chairman and CEO of Patuxent Capital Group LLC and serves in the Maryland State Senate.
