Mr. Putin's War
The Council of American Ambassadors is pleased to present this timely Ambassadors Roundtable as part of our Spring Conference program, Mr. Putin's War. Ambassador Bill Taylor is the vice-president, Russia and Europe at the U.S. Institute of Peace. He served as the U.S. Ambassadors to Ukraine from 2006 to 2009. In 2019, he served as charge d'affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv. Previously, Ambassador Taylor was coordinator of U.S. assistance to the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.
