Former U.S. Ambassador to India Tim Roemer joins podcast host Ambassador Jim Rosapepe to discuss India as a rising power, how India views the United States and how the people of India view themselves.

Ambassador Tim Roemer served as U.S. Ambassador to India from 2009 to 2011. He oversaw the signing of the Counterterrorism Cooperation Initiative, which broadened U.S.-India coordination in intelligence, homeland security, border security, money laundering and terrorist financing. Prior to his service in India, Ambassador Roemer served for 12 years in the United States Congress as the Representative for Indiana's 3rd Congressional District.

Ambassador Jim Rosapepe served as U.S. Ambassador to Romania from 1998 to 2001 and is a member of the CAA Board of Directors. He currently is Chairman and CEO of Patuxent Capital Group LLC and serves in the Maryland State Senate.
